SDA3.ORG - Alternative Arts Assocation

The Shadowdancers Alternative Arts Association, formed in 1990 and commercially supported by Shadowdancers LLC and SDP Multimedia Group from 1998-2010, is a public registered for-profit division whose focus is to protect intellectual property and artists from harassment, defamation, and theft of their creative work resulting from criminal imitation and defamation activities.

My friends,

I have been convinced by local activity to renew our operations in May 2010 officially on the 29th - celebrating the 9th year of operations since the deadly violence against our commercial project began. The group exists to help those who are the target of community hate speech, discrimination, and unlawful suppression. We therefore cannot simply roll up and die when local Citizens whose very behavior in 1989-1993 prompted the formation of the club boiled to the surface again on May 2nd 2010 as I was personally accosted just two blocks from the ECU Campus at the Vintage 22.

I am deeply discouraged that the assault was initiated by an East Central Univesity student, making vulgar remarks and claims that minority victims of civil rights violations had no protection if the community did not agree with their personality or private views, politics, or religious theology.

I am certain the sociology department influence on theis Dean's Honor Roll student only underlines the need for an independent off-campus support group to deal with such institutionalized criminal menace and hate speech.

In response, the website has been updated to suit iPhone users and mobile devices, provide a more broad range of graphic resources and member-only areas, and security improved to stop stalking and menacing hate speech by Ada City residents against the members of the group.

In addition, civil litigation has been expanded to now include $63 million USD in civil damages sought by violation of the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 10th, and 14th Amendment in our civil suit against the State of Oklahoma - citing ongoing community promotion of hate crimes and violence to suppress evidence in a Federal felony complaint and Oklahoma child kidnapping.

While this is disturbing and has a huge negative impact on the economy of the City of Ada, it is our hope that such tactics and defamation will realize the consequences for these continued actions in defense of a child kidnapping, oppression of minority religioun (non-denominational Christian), and recognize the Federal Laws now being violating in this matter immediately - rather than to further contribute to evidence in the numerous 2001-2010 charges being sought.

Sincerely,
James A. Allen - President (SDA3.ORG)
