The SDA3 now has a 200 slot Teamspeak 3 server available for members use. Membership fees are open to the public, on approval by the board.

The fee is $599 down or $59/month in contract if you pay as you go on acceptance of an application, and $99/yr thereafter to maintain membership.

Rates increased Feb 10 2010 to emphasize the activities, quality of life, and services offered by the club to its exclusive membership. Members are approved prior acceptance by existing club by-laws, and payment will not be requested prior approval. An example of club dues applied this year include the $4500 dental restoration fees for a member who lost her teeth and is being refused social security benefits for her diagnosed medical disability. Without these dues, the club could not perform its role as a supporting infrastructure for our members.

The club is not a non-profit (501c) because it reserves the right to seek political action, contribute to political campaigns in defense of the arts, and invest dues commercially for returns to better serve the members contributions and maintain the value of their assets over time. Normal 501c businesses are under restrictions that prohibit this activity, and are not suitable to the sponsors of the organization or their active role in the intern opportunities afforded our members, including use and training in media studio tools as a common entity and outreach program of a commercial for-profit business.

All billing is by PayPal email link, and restricted to known and verified persons. Legal name, address, and contact phone with optional email are required to join.

You will be required to meet our members and undergo an internal investigation among our members prior to approval and offer of membership. This does not include any evaluation of your credit, debt, medical history, court records, or similar means. It is to verify no conflict of interest or history of harassment which could constitute grounds for removal or barring of members from private functions and social events with our members. Many of our members are victims of stalking, discrimination, spousal abuse, and legal harassment relating civil rights and professional ethics actuary roles. We are therefore very selective in who is permitted to joine and attend our meetings and recreational travel.
