Fundraising Goals
Our current project is the raising of $25,000 USD for studio services
available to the members of the SDA3 in Ada, OK. Additional $50,000
goal for project operations in 2010 dealing with civil rights violations
against members families by State Agencies. And $45,000 for intern job
creation programs to create paid training for select applicants in film
and television production based in Oklahoma.
Fee Structure and Commercial Business
Support of these goals include the service fees of $75/hour for non-member work,
$40/hour for members, and $20/hour for non-commercial work. Delivery time of
1 week (6 business days) is normal. Rush delivery of 2-3 business days is 2x
the normal fee structure. Overnight (1 business day) is 3x the rate.
Membership Costs
Membership is presently $200/month for non-shareholders. Membership fees are
waived for shareholders of Raccoon Technologies Incorporated, SDP Multimedia Group,
and appointed members of the Board of Directors for each organization, due to their
sponsorship involvement of the SDA3 media studio and related supporting services.
Annual membership is available for $895 USD (a $1,505 discount over month-to-month).
Sponsor Investment Opportunities
Raccoon Technologies Incorporated (RTI) is currently offering up to 25% ownership at
a minimum $5000 investor level to a limited number of investors (40). The firm
is privately held and incorporated in the State of Oklahoma as a for-profit class C
corporation. Founded in May 2009, the company will take over public sales and
services for Shadowdancers L.L.C. - leaving that firm a holding company for technology
and intellectual property rights related the developments of the respective artists.
The board of RTI consists of J. Allen, M. Deaver, C. Maidt, E. Botelho, and S. Marino.
